Hannah started Your World Life as part of her own journey to find some balance and feel healthier and happier. Working at Warrington Worldwide really opened her eyes to how much sharing stories and knowledge can make a difference. When she’s not working, she loves getting lost in nature, checking out new places, and doing some yoga here and there—often picking up tips from her sister Amy.
“Sharing stories is more than just communication; it’s a bridge to understanding, growth, and community. Through Your World Life, I hope to build those bridges for every individual seeking balance and well-being.”
Amy’s dedication to understanding well-being is both professional and personal. Her MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Yoga certification, and Diploma in Vegan Nutrition give her a holistic approach to improving a person’s well-being. She believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and nutrition. Beyond her academic achievements, Amy is also a reiki practitioner, teaches mindfulness and guided meditation in the workplace, and has completed suicide awareness training. Her coaching and therapeutic interventions are person-centred to help individuals find their path to a healthier life.
“Well-being is a harmonious dance between mind, body, and nutrition. My mission is to guide individuals in understanding this balance, ensuring they step confidently on their path to health.”
